Comment
Lecturer Applied Maths & Physics, Howest University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Quoting Roger Penrose "Artificial Cleverness" would be a better-fit name than "Intelligence" which implies a consciousness. Presumably way too late, still a symbolic suggestion in favour of "AC".

Comment
Necessary statement, which I think lays down in clear words vague concerns we’ve all been feeling. The guidelines are quite general, and the work needs to be pursued at an individual level to make them ours, bend our decisions and spread the word. Thank you for your work.

Comment
Although not being a mathematician myself, but a computer scientist, I use and depend on a lot of mathematical tools. I support this declaration because it argues for the essential necessities in science which are good research quality and reproducibility. Something any discipline has to uphold to the highest standards.

I support this declaration. I notice that it says little about the ethics of warfare, which deserves further clarification in the context of interactions between Mathematics and AI.

Every researcher, regardless of the type of artificial intelligence they utilize, shall be accountable for all generated results. Meanwhile, humanity’s pursuit of mathematical aesthetics can never be supplanted by AI.
